Why is Pria no longer being sold?

Pria is out of stock and is no longer available for sale. Because of this, Stanley Black and Decker will be discontinuing the program.
 

Will my Pria continue to work? For how long?

Your Pria unit and Customer Support will both remain active until January 30th, 2023.

 

What happens after January 30, 2023?

Your Pria unit will no longer work after January 30, 2023. Users will no longer be able to set reminders and the unit will not dispense pills.

 

What will happen to my account and information?

Until January 30, 2023, your account and information will remain active; you do not need to take any action. After January 30, 2023, Stanley Black and Decker will retain your account information in a secure manner in accordance with our terms and conditions.

 

Will I still be able to set notifications and make video calls?

You can still set notifications and make video calls until January 30, 2023. These functions will not be available after that date.

 

Will I still get software updates and continue to pay a monthly subscription?

Yes, Pria will continue to get software updates. You can continue to make monthly payments to keep your subscription active until January 30, 2023.

 

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the subscription directly in the app. To do so:

1) Open the App

2) On the bottom row, click on the “Profile” button

3) Press the "Manage Your Subscription” button

4) Enter your account email and password

5) Scroll down to the Manage Subscriptions Section

6) Tap "Cancel Subscription”

7) When prompted, click “Yes” to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the subscription period expires and it will not renew again.

 

Will I still be able to access customer support for my Pria?

Yes, our customer support line will remain active until January 30, 2023. You can contact us at 1-866-608-5168 or email us at hello@okpria.com.

 

What if my Pria breaks?

We’re pleased to offer a 1-year limited warranty. Please contact us at 1-866-608-5168 or email us at hello@okpria.com to discuss your options.
 

What should I do with my Pria after it no longer works?

We encourage everyone to recycle their units with their local/community electronics recycling centers. You can learn more about Electronic Recycling and Donation via the United States Environmental Protection Agency - https://www.epa.gov/recycle/electronics-donation-and-recycling.

 

What if I want to return my Pria?

We are able to process your return within the 30 day return window.

 

If you purchased an annual subscription after February 2022 and you wish to cancel that subscription, we will refund you the remaining amount of your subscription. Contact us at 1-866-608-5168 to cancel your subscription. Please note that this is only for users who have purchased an annual subscription. If you are on a monthly subscription and wish to cancel, we can process your cancellation for the upcoming month or you can do so within the Pria app.
