Rebecca leads Innovations for Workforce Technologies in the industrial trades. She is responsible for developing the strategy, identifying opportunities and executing commercial activities that support skilled trades workforce empowerment. Her mission is to make lucrative trades careers accessible to all.
Prior to joining Stanley X, Rebecca has led cross functional teams to improve operations in large enterprises. At Faith Technologies, she created a logistics centric strategic plan to promote construction manufacturing and drive collaboration between design, suppliers and field teams. Prior to Faith, Rebecca led the Energy, Sustainability and Environmental initiatives for Bank of America’s 3000 global properties while at JLL. In her time at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Rebecca engaged with C-suite level clients to deliver strategies on revenue growth, market entry, acquisitions and cost optimization in a variety of industry segments including financial, automotive, industrial, retail and chemicals.
Rebecca has also devoted time to non-profit work, including delivering strategy projects for various community service organizations through the Taproot Foundation, volunteering through Chicago Cares and the National Girls Collaborative, and co-founding and serving as first president of the Texas Energy Managers Association.
Rebecca is based in Chicago and holds an MBA from Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
